You may contact Neil Morris our UK Director who is copied on this email. Membership is open to all, of course, and a great deal of disadvantaged citizens and nonprofits assisting the same use our web services. We are free, nonprofit and address things pretty much as you describe. You may certainly link to us or reference us if you like.
